(Print-on-Demand / Dropshipping Guidelines)
At Pretty Paws, every item in our merch store is made to order, printed individually, and fulfilled through our production partner. Because each piece is custom-created, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size issues or buyer’s remorse.
We only offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or defective.
Please review the full policy below before placing your order.
✅ Return & Refund Eligibility
You may request a replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery for any of the following reasons:
✔️ Wrong size received
(Only if we printed/sent the wrong size — not if the customer chose incorrectly.)
✔️ Item arrived damaged
✔️ Misprint / incorrect design
✔️ Wrong item received
✔️ Package never arrived
✔️ Poor print quality
✔️ Defective product (stitching, seams, hardware, zipper issues, etc.)
❌ Not Eligible for Refund or Return
Because all of our products are printed on-demand, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Choosing the wrong size
❌ Buyer’s remorse (“I changed my mind”)
❌ Ordering the wrong color
❌ Wanting to exchange for a different item
❌ Normal wear and tear
❌ Delivery delays caused by the carrier
📏 Sizing Notice
Pretty Paws Merch items include detailed size charts on each product page.
Please review the measurements carefully before ordering, as we cannot replace items that don’t fit due to ordering the wrong size.
🚚 Lost Packages
If your package doesn’t arrive within 30 days, we will open a claim with our fulfillment partner and issue a replacement.

For quality issues, please email us clear photos of:
The full item
The defect or misprint
The packing slip
